📦 7 Days Return & Exchange Policy – Sleek Walkers

We want you to shop with confidence at Sleek Walkers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange under the conditions below.

1. Eligibility

  • Returns/exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Original order slip/receipt must be shown.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products bought on sale/discount.

  • Items damaged due to misuse.

  • Hygiene-related items (socks, insoles, etc.).

3. Return / Exchange Process

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp 0333-4994989 within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Share your order number, pictures/videos of the product, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will guide you on sending the product back to us.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return courier charges will be paid by the customer (unless product was faulty/damaged at delivery).

  • In case of exchange, customer may pay delivery charges again.

5. Refunds

  • Since we only deal in Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or Store Credit once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days.

6. Wrong / Damaged Product

If you receive a wrong or defective item, contact us within 24 hours with pictures/videos. We will send a replacement without extra cost.
